SEARCH TIPS
  • Don’t be too specific.  Instead of B18C5, try B18, VTEC or Stroker.  B18 engines with 84mm and larger bores may use B20 components, so try a B20 search.  Avoid using multiple words.
  • Manufacturer’s part numbers can usually be searched.  Avoid using prefixes ahead of the part number.  Example, we use 'WI-' for Wiseco then add their part number.
  • For some V8 pistons, try a search by bore size as one piston may fit several rod/stroke combinations.
  • ENGINE KITS are not called out as each is custom assembled and the combinations are endless.  Instead, qualifying components will show a second lower kit price. The shopping cart total reflects the kit price.

Reusable bearing insert installs a small main journal crank into an early model large journal block.  Snap inserts into the saddles and caps, install the main bearings and check clearances. 

TECH TIP:  Double check to make sure the installed bearing seats fully into the insert and is not proud anywhere near the tang of the installed bearing.
